Accelerated Death Benefit Rider
*Included
This rider included in your policy at no charge. It gives you access to a portion of your policy’s death benefit if you are diagnosed with a terminal illness resulting in 24 months or less to live.
Accidental Death Benefit Rider
*Available at additional cost
Your policy’s beneficiary will receive an increased death benefit with this rider, if you would die due to an accident. Cost varies by age and benefit amount with options ranging up to $500,000—not to exceed policy face amount.
Child Rider
*Available at additional cost
You can add a child rider to your term policy for as little as $30 per year. This rider provides a $10,000 death benefit for all of your children under age 18. Ask your Quotacy agent for details.
Premium Waiver for Disability
*Available at additional cost
Cincinnati Life will waive premium payments during a period of total disability lasting four consecutive months or more. The waived payments don’t have to be paid back. This rider is not available on all policies and the cost varies by age.

Guidelines & Exclusions
Term Conversion
- For a 10-year term, conversion to any permanent product is available the first eight years. After that, conversion products are limited.
- For all other terms, conversion to any permanent product is available the first ten years. After that, conversion products are limited.
- Partial conversions are allowed.
Accidental Death Benefit Rider
- In the event of accidental bodily injury, this rider pays an additional death benefit amount for deaths that occur within 120 days after the injury.
- Issue ages: 15-60 years.
- Issue limits: minimum of $25,000 and maximum of $500,000, not to exceed the face amount of base policy.
Waiver of Premium Rider
- After four consecutive months of total disability, this benefit waives the premium during the total disability of the primary insured.
- Issue ages: 15-60 years.
Accelerated Death Benefit Rider
- Available upon request at no charge.
- Insured has to be diagnosed with a terminal illness or been confined continuously for 90 days in a nursing home and is reasonably expected to remain there for the duration of the insured’s life.
- Maximum lifetime benefit is 50% of the death benefit or $250,000, whichever is less.
- Minimum benefit that can be requested is $2,500.
- One accelerated payment allowed per calendar year.
- Issue ages: 15 days to 75 years.
Child Rider
- Covers any child, step-child, or legally adopted child from 15 days after birth until the policy anniversary nearest the child’s 25th birthday.
- After the date of application, it includes any child born to the insured or legally adopted by the insured, who is less than 19 years old.
- The benefit is limited to 50% if the covered child dies on or prior to their first birthday.
- Issue ages: 18-60 years. Eligible child’s issue ages: 15 days – 18 years.
Termsetter Return of Premium Policy
Conversions: A percentage of the policy value is payable upon conversion or early termination. The policy value is a percentage of the base premiums less any indebtedness.
Loans: The policyowner may borrow against the policy value at any time it is inforce.
